Eagle Weigh doesn't make load cells. The world already has excellent makers — Zemic in the USA, Kevin Sensors, Green Label CZL, Rudraa, Alutronic — and we partner with them, calibrate every cell to our boards, and ship the whole stack with one warranty.
The honest layer.
A load cell is a precision-machined mechanical component. Making it well takes a different factory and a different supply chain from a PCB shop. Pretending we make load cells when we don't is the kind of claim that costs you the next customer who actually reads the brand stamp on the cell.
What we do, instead, is curate. For every application — retail, jewellery, dairy, weighbridge, tank, hopper — we have a matched cell from a vetted partner. We calibrate each cell against our boards before dispatch so the system reads as one product. And we own the warranty.
