Eagle Weigh collects only the information you submit through our forms (name, email, phone, company, message) plus the standard analytics any marketing site uses. We do not sell your data, and we honour deletion requests within 30 days.

This site is operated by Eagle Electric Company, a registered Indian manufacturer of weighing-scale electronics based at 13/23, Street No. 9, Park Street, Samaypur, Delhi 110042. We can be reached at info@eagleweigh.com or +91 99963 33911.
For the purposes of data-protection law, Eagle Electric Company is the data controller for the personal data we collect on eagleweigh.com.
What we collect from you directly.
When you submit any of our forms (Request a Quote, Dealer enquiry, Export & shipping, Service / Support, General question) we collect: your name, company / organisation, email, phone, country and city if you provide them, and the contents of your message. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry, route it to the right team (sales, dealer, export, service), and follow up.
We retain enquiry data for as long as the relationship is active, and for 3 years after the last contact for continuity. After that it is deleted.
What we collect automatically (cookies & tracking).
Like most marketing sites, eagleweigh.com uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors find and use the site and to measure ad performance. Specifically: Google Analytics 4 (anonymised IP, page-view and event metrics), Google Tag Manager (loader for the trackers above), and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel (page-view + custom conversion events used for retargeting and lookalike audiences across Meta-owned properties).
These trackers set first-party cookies in your browser, and the Meta Pixel sets third-party cookies under facebook.com. They process your IP address, browser fingerprint, page URL and interaction events.
Server logs at our hosting layer additionally record your IP, user agent, request path and timestamps for 30 days, used only for security and abuse prevention.
How to opt out.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can manage Meta's ad personalisation at facebook.com/ads/preferences (Facebook account required) or via the IAB-style consent controls in your browser. Most modern browsers also support a global Do Not Track signal — when set, we instruct our trackers to honour it.
Disabling cookies will not break the site — the catalogue, downloads and contact form continue to work.
What we do not do.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not use the contact-form data for advertising look-alike audiences. We do not contact you for marketing purposes you did not opt into. Service providers we use (Azure for hosting, Google for analytics, Meta for ad measurement) operate as data processors under their respective Data Processing Agreements.
Your rights.
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, the right to correction, the right to deletion, and the right to object to our processing. Email info@eagleweigh.com with the subject "Privacy request" and we will respond within 30 days.
If you believe we have not handled your data appropriately, you may also raise a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority — for India, this is the Data Protection Board under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
International transfers.
Eagle Electric Company is based in India and primarily processes data within India. The Meta and Google services we use process data internationally; both providers operate under standard data-transfer mechanisms (Standard Contractual Clauses for EU/UK data, equivalent measures for India).
Changes to this policy.
This policy is current as of the build date of the site (visible in the page source). Material changes will be flagged on this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
