PCB design. Schematic to gerber, in-house.
Boards laid out in Delhi on 1.6 mm FR4 by the same team that writes the firmware that runs on them. Premium families use the 24-bit ADS1130 (Texas Instruments, USA); economy families use the XM24L or ADC0809 (Taiwan), chosen to match each application's accuracy and cost target.
From schematic to gerber, here.
Every Eagle Weigh board starts on the same design desk. Schematic, layout, design-rule checks, prototype, validation — all in one room at Samaypur. We choose the components, lay out the traces, generate the gerbers, and hand them across the room to the SMT line.
Premium families run the 24-bit ADS1130 from Texas Instruments USA — the same converter you'll find in laboratory-grade instruments. Economy families use the Taiwan XM24L or ADC0809; we chose them because they hit the right cost-accuracy band for retail and table-top scales, not because they're cheap.
Outside the standard catalogue we also build bespoke PCBs on request — automatic hand-sanitiser controllers, industrial timers, custom indicator boards. If you need a board our standard catalogue doesn't cover, we design it.
