How long does the demo actually take?
20 minutes is typical — 10 for the walkthrough, 10 for your questions. We can run shorter (we've done 8-minute fly-throughs) or longer (45 min if you want to see code-level integration depth). You set the pace.
Who should join from my side?
For operator-grade demos: yard manager + 1 operator. For decision-meetings: add IT + a finance person. We adapt the demo language to whoever is on the call.
Can we do an in-person demo at our weighbridge?
Yes — within Delhi NCR we drive out same-week. For outside NCR (UP / Haryana / Rajasthan / Uttarakhand) we schedule with our nearest dealer, or send a team for 3+ weighbridge orders.
Is the demo recorded? Can I share it internally?
Yes — we record and email you the link within 24 hours. Share it freely inside your team. We do not share your demo recording externally.
Can the demo be in Hindi?
हाँ — हमारे software lead हिन्दी में demo देते हैं। Just tell us when you book, we adjust.
What if I'm not ready to talk price yet?
No problem. The demo is genuinely informational — we won't push pricing in the 20-min window. If you want a quote later, ping us.
