What happens at day 30?
EagleOS keeps running — but new weighments stop saving until you activate a paid licence. Your existing data is never deleted. You can extend the trial by 15 days if you tell us you need more time.
Can I use it on a non-Eagle indicator?
Yes — any indicator that outputs RS-232 with a standard weighbridge protocol works. Most Avery, Essae, Sansui and generic Chinese boards work out of the box. If yours doesn't, ping our support — we typically add a new protocol in 24-48 hours.
Is my data sent to Eagle servers?
No. Everything stays on your Windows machine. The only data that leaves your premises is what YOU explicitly push to a govt portal — and even that is end-to-end encrypted to the portal directly, not via us.
Can I uninstall cleanly?
Yes — uninstall via Windows Control Panel. Your weighment database stays in C:\EagleOS\data\ so you can keep it for records.
What if the trial doesn't work for my use case?
Tell us what didn't fit — we read every feedback note personally. If we can fix it in 7 days, we do and extend your trial. If we can't, you walk away with our spec sheet and we shake hands.
